What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between you and your coach, to help you make the most of your life and achieve your potential.

We all have areas of our lives that aren’t quite working as we’d like.  Coaching is about getting you from where you are to where you want to be in both your personal and business life.

Coaching is not counselling or psychotherapy.  As a personal and business coach, I work with functional people to make them more effective.  I can work alongside other therapies as long as you are ready for coaching and willing to take action.
