31 Day Habit Challenge
Build Better Habits in 31 Days
Do you love the idea of creating new habits to improve your life but somehow never manage to stick with them?
Perhaps you start something with great enthusiasm then run out of momentum and motivation or get busy doing other things and it's too easy to slip back into familiar habits and ways of working.
It's not just the start of the year when we make our New Year resolutions.
Maybe you have a few things you're thinking about that you want to start, change or do differently.
Goals you want to set, things you'd like to achieve in the next few months. But don't have the willpower or motivation to stick with it.
There are plenty of opportunities during the course of the year to make a fresh start - mentally and physically. At home and at work.
- Making New Year Resolutions.
- Having a Spring-time clear out.
- Getting ready for Summer.
- Restarting after a holiday break.
- Starting a new job.
Setting goals and building good habits to support your goals, enables you to grow and develop and achieve what you want out of life. It's not always easy. It takes time, patience and persistence but with the right structure in place you CAN succeed.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

How would you like to start or change a habit in the next 31 days that will have a positive impact on your life, your work or your relationships for the next 12 months?
What habits do you want to build into your daily life? Replace a current habit or behaviour that doesn't currently support you with one that does.
Where do you want to go, what do you want to do?
- Get organised.
- Have a healthier lifestyle - get fit, lose weight.
- Enjoy your life more.
- Have more time for yourself.
- Achieve greater success at work.
- Change jobs, start a new career.
- Improve your relationships.
Often starting is easy and the process is simple:
- Set your goals, objectives and outcomes for the next few months.
- Create the daily habits and actions to achieve each one.
- Track, monitor and review your progress.
In practice – it’s often more difficult to keep the momentum going and stay on track.
It's too easy to get distracted. Things come up. Conflicting priorities demand your time. Life gets in the way. You feel overwhelmed or become overloaded trying to do too much, either at the same time or when you get too busy.
Make it easier
Join the 31 Day Habit Challenge and find ways to make it easier to change your habits. You'll get the focus, motivation and support to help you develop your new habits AND make them stick, giving you the success path to move forward.
We'll begin by planning what you want to achieve and set a habit (or maybe two) for the next 31 days. It can be as big or as small as you like.
Find how to make sure it’s realistic and achievable while still giving you something to aim for.
