It's right for you if you know you would benefit from having the added accountability of being guided through the process, step-by-step with me there to support you, instead of trying to do it on your own.

We start on the 14th July for 4 weeks plus a final Implementation Week so you can consolidate your learning or catch up.
Once the course has started sign-up will be closed until it opens up again later this year.
However, if you're a 'Last Minute Lucy' let me know, I may be able to add you in if we're not too far into Week 1 and you're keen to get started, committed to making a difference and able to catch up!
I know you're busy, that's why you're here, so I'm not intending to overload you with content.
The Course runs for 4 weeks, plus the Implementation Week.
You'll receive one module of content a week.
Weekly email + content (10-20 mins) each Monday - take a few minutes to read and view the content, decide what action you're going to take that week.
Live Weekly Zoom * (45 mins) sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes with a mix of content 20-30 mins and time for questions and discussion (10-15 mins).
Live Q&A Sessions * (15-30 mins) depending on how many people join and how many questions there are for me to answer.
* Both sessions are recorded so you can watch, listen or read through the content, search the summary or the transcript. (Zip through it x1.5 or x2 speed and you'll save time.) 😉
In addition you'll need to spend a few minutes applying the strategies and putting any actions into practice but it's aimed at saving you time and will be part of your daily/weekly work.
The more you apply and put into practice the strategies, the more time you'll save.
The Live Weekly Content and *Q&A Sessions are on Zoom at 4:30pm (UK) / 5:30pm (CET) / 11:30pm (EST) / 8:30am (PST) on a Tuesday and Thursday.
If there are a large number of people joining from different timezones, timings may vary so as many people can join as possible. Let me know if you're in a different timezone from the UK and the above timings wouldn't work for you.
If you're not able to make the live sessions, don't worry, they will be recorded and if you've got any questions, you can get them answered by emailing me or filling in the Ask A Question online.
It's always better if you can attend the live sessions. That way you'll get the most benefit from the content, the coaching and connecting with me on a weekly basis.
However, if you're not able to make them don't worry, they are recorded but do set aside some time each week to go through the replay and the content each week.
Sessions are recorded and you'll get access via the Course Hub, so you can rewatch or catch-up whenever you want during the course.
All the recordings will be available for 30 days after the end of the course. After that time, you'll no longer have access.
