Decide what really matters and deserves your attention this month, this week and today. Helping you to make better decisions and choices, saving you time and frustration.
Design - A Realistic Week
Build a plan that fits how you work, your capacity, energy and reality, not an idealistic or fantasy plan of your week but something practical that's actually workable.
Adjust And Adapt
The ability to use the framework to reset, adapt and adjust as things change and life happens. Reducing your stress as priorities change and new challenges and opportunities arise.
This is a practical system you'll be able to use over and over again, week after week. It's not something you complete once and then forget. It's a practical tool you can adapt to how you work.

Over the next four weeks you'll work through one stage of the framework at a time.

I created the Weekly Productivity Framework after years of working with small business owners and busy solopreneurs and professionals who didn't need more discipline or another methodology but a better way of deciding what mattered each week and finding the time to achieve it.

We start on the 2nd February for 4 weeks plus VIP All Access includes a 5th BONUS Implementation Week.
Once the course has started sign-up is closed until the next course opens up later in the year. Join the waitlist to find out when that is.
I know you're busy, that's why you're here, so I'm not intending to overload you with content.
You'll receive one stage of the framework each week.
Weekly content: 5-10 mins - take a few minutes to read and decide what action(s) you're going to implement each week.
Live Weekly Zoom: 45-60 mins with a mix of content 20-30 mins and time for questions and discussion (10-15 mins).
VIP Q&A Sessions: 30 mins or so depending on how many people join and how many questions there are.
The Live Weekly Content and Q&A Sessions take place on Zoom at 6:30pm (UK) / 6:30pm (CET) / 12:30pm (EST) / 9:30am (PST) on a Tuesday.
VIP Only sessions at the same time on a Thursday.
VIP Get it done sessions will be scheduled once the course starts, depending on timezones and availability.
It's better if you can attend the live sessions. That way you'll get the most benefit from the content, the coaching and connecting with me on a weekly basis.
Sessions are recorded so you can watch, listen or read through the content, search the summary or the transcript.
All the recordings will be available for 30 days after the end of the course. After that time, you'll no longer have access.
VIP All Access - the course content, replay and resources available for 12 months.
Absolutely! It's designed to help you deal with the overwhelm. The more you use it, the less overwhelmed you'll be. Start where you are and build something more realistic and sustainable over the coming weeks.
Even if you work in a very reactive environment or you work changes from week to week, you'll be able to use the framework to adapt and adjust as needed. You'll also find the more you use it the more proactive you'll be.
