I regularly run these sessions for clients as part of their coaching. Book your own personal Focus Day as a one-off, for a day and time that suits you, depending on my availability.
How long? A full Focus day is 8 hours, a half day Focus Sprint session is 3 hours.
Start/End - For a full day, we'll start at 9am and finish at 5pm. For the Focus Sprint sessions, pick the morning 9am or afternoon 1pm. Although I'm based in the UK, there is flexibility to work across timezones, depending on needs and availability.
Pre-work - Once you're booked in, I'll send you the Focus Plan and checklist so you can pre-plan and organise your day.
