What is it?

The Kick-Start Coaching is a really effective coaching programme and great way to start your year. You'll get a fresh perspective, gain insight and a sounding board to discuss your ideas, challenges and issues with weekly support, motivation and accountability.

Create challenging and exciting goals to give you the kick-start you need to achieve what you want in 2023. Use the strategies and practical solutions to start and develop good habits to ensure you make long-lasting changes.

 

What you get:

  • An Initial Planning session - a 60 minute session to get really clear about your goals and objectives for the next few months. Together we'll create an action plan and framework for the next few months.
  • Weekly accountability sessions - these are usually 30 or 45 minute sessions. We'll review your progress, discuss any challenges and help you find solutions in real-time you can put into practice right away.
  • NEW FOR 2023 - all sessions are recorded so you can replay, search and get reminders of what was discussed at any time.
