1:1 Coaching using the Weekly Productivity Framework

This is a focused three-month coaching programme designed to help you reset your approach to time, your priorities and how you plan and organise your week.
Together, we’ll use the framework to create a week that fits how you really work. No rigid systems or rules, but a way of working that supports your business, your energy and your life.
Most clients notice positive changes within the first couple of sessions as clarity replaces overwhelm and your week immediately starts to feel more manageable.
You’ll have space to think, reflect and problem-solve, with regular accountability and calm guidance to help you stay consistent and build good habits.
What we'll work on
- Creating a clear, repeatable framework for your week
- Identifying your real priorities and reducing distractions
- Realistic planning that fits in and around your work
- Building more supportive habits you'll be able to stick with
- Reviewing progress weekly and adjusting when needed
What's included
- Initial Deep-Dive session - a 75 minute session to clarify your goals and objectives, challenges and priorities for the next 90 days. We'll introduce the Weekly Productivity Framework to map out your week.
- 1:1 Review sessions - 7 x 45 minute sessions to review your progress, starting weekly, then every two weeks. Explore what's working, address challenges as they occur and plan the week ahead. These sessions provide structure, accountability and practical support.
- Accountability & Support - unlimited email/messaging support between sessions to help you stay focused, organised and moving forward.
