Take Control Of Your Time And Priorities
Stop ending the week wondering where your Time went
The Practical Productivity Framework is a four-week practical programme to help you build a realistic, reusable plan for your week that actually fits the way you work, so you can feel more in control of your time and your priorities.
If you're constantly busy but end the week wondering what you've actually achieved, you probably don't need another app, planner or productivity 'hack'.
And it's not just a case of working faster and trying to squeeze more in.
You want a way that allows you to cut through all the noise and distraction so you can decide what needs your attention, work out how to realistically fit it into your week and still be able to keep things moving when the inevitable or the unexpected happens.
That's what I'll help you build over four weeks.
You bring your calendar, your to-do list and the reality of your working week and we'll get to work on that.
Registration For The Next Cohort Opening Soon ...

"Clare’s session was exactly what we needed and more! Clare wasn’t always telling us things we didn’t know, but helped us to stop, reflect and plan for even just small tweaks that would make a difference."

JOIN THE PRIORITY LIST
Interested in joining the October Practical Productivity Framework?
I'm keeping this cohort to a maximum of 10 to keep the group small and practical. Priority List members get the first chance to book a place when registration opens.
Does This Sound Familiar?
It's Monday morning and you've created your plan for the week. Then the emails, meetings, client requests and unexpected jobs that weren't on your plan start arriving.
By Tuesday your plan is starting to dissolve and by Wednesday it's been abandoned.
You're busy all day but the important things on your list keep getting pushed to tomorrow, next week or the ever hopeful, "when things are quieter".
Do you often find you:
- have far more on your list than you can fit in your calendar?
- find everything feels important, so it's difficult to know where to start?
- spend too much time reacting to other people's priorities or last minute, urgent requests?
- keep trying different planners, apps or systems but find it hard to stick with them because things keep changing?
- want some form of structure but don't work well with or resist rigid routines?
- regularly spend time catching up in the evening or at weekends?
It's not about being more disciplined.
You need an easier way that allows you to make better choices with the time you have.
That's what the Practical Productivity Framework is designed to help you do.
More Than Just Another Course
You probably already know quite a lot about time management. You've read the books, done the courses, attended the workshops, downloaded the latest 'shiny' productivity app.
Knowing what to do isn't usually the problem, making it work for you and how you work is. There isn't a one size fits all solution.
It's not going to be four weeks of more theory and information that just gets filed away or forgotten about after a couple of weeks.
This is about taking what you're working on and putting the framework into practice. You'll apply it to your real workload, real priorities and real calendar.
Each week we'll look at what's working, what's not and what's happening or getting in your way, so you can adapt and adjust in real time.
By the end of four weeks, you won't end up with another productivity system, you'll have built a practical framework for your week, that works for YOU.
Having yet another system that doesn't work that you can't sustain, isn't much of a system at all.
"In contrast to most productivity sessions, Clare moved beyond task management and even time management, and went into matters of energy, clarity, and the tangible next steps. She did not prescribe a system of time management, but rather instilled a series of short, memorable principles and questions that have certainly affected myself, and many from the group."

THE PRACTICAL PRODUCTIVITY FRAMEWORK
Discover - What's Really Going On
Get clear on where your time and energy really go. How they vary across the week and what's creating the most stress and pressure.
Clarify - What Matters
Decide what really matters this month, this week and today so you spend less time reacting, more time getting things done and feel more in control.
Design - A Realistic Week
Everyone works differently. Build a plan that's based on your capacity, that you can actually work with, not an unrealistic version of your week.
Adjust And Adapt
Use the framework to reset, reprioritise and keep moving forward when things change, without having to start from scratch each time. Because life happens!
This is a practical system you'll be able to use week after week. It's not something you complete once and then forget. It's a practical tool you can adapt to how you work.
Four Weeks Of Practical Implementation
Week 1: Get Out Of Reactive Mode
It might seem obvious but where are you spending your time? What's creating the stress and pressure and what are you trying to fit in that you don't realistically have time for?
Identify: get everything out into the open and identify what needs your focus right now.
Week 2: Decide What Really Matters
Not everything is or can be a priority. Sort the important from the urgent and make sense of the noise, the 'busyness' or the nice-to-do.
Decide: be more intentional, make more deliberate choices about what needs your time and energy.
Week 3: A Week That Actually Works
You continue to build a more realistic plan for your week that allows time for your priorities and works with your current commitments and energy.
Build: a practical weekly planning process that fits your capacity.
Week 4: Make It Work In Real Life
Because the 'ideal' week doesn't exist and the best laid plans don't always work out, we'll look at what to do when your plan goes off track so you don't have to start from scratch each time.
Adapt: you leave with a personal framework you can adapt, adjust and reuse insteading of abandoning your plan every time life happens.
Miss a session? Don't worry, you’ll have access to all the replays and resources in the Practical Productivity Hub as they're released and for 30 days after the course ends.
You're not aiming for a perfectly organised life but you will have:
- a clearer way to decide what deserves your attention
- a realistic way to plan your week
- a better sense of what actually fits into the time you have
- practical ways to protect time for your priorities
- a process for resetting when the week doesn't go to plan
- a framework you can adapt rather than another system you feel you've "failed" to follow
And hopefully, you'll stop reaching Friday wondering:
"What did I actually get done this week?"
About Clare ...

I've been a Time Management and Productivity Coach for over 20 years and I've worked with hundreds of small business owners, busy professionals and leaders.
I created the Practical Productivity Framework because I kept seeing the same pattern in my 1:1 clients. People working hard, putting in the hours but still ending every week feeling frustrated and trying to catch up. They didn't need more discipline or another complicated system. They just needed a better way to decide what mattered and find the time to actually do it!
That's what this framework gives you. A practical, reusable approach you can make your own and keep using week after week.
You can find out more about me here(opens in new tab).
I look forward to working with you on the programme.
Clare
"Clare is a superb guide to managing your time better. Sensible, practical and achievable outcomes."
"When I needed serious help to prioritise and focus on what was really important in the business and outside it, I turned to Clare. She has been brilliant at listening to my issues on a regular basis. She challenges my thinking, helps me to see things in a different way and gives me tools and structure to work with."
